Who We Are & How These Terms Work
Vegas Warriors (“we/us/our”) is a local I-Group aligned with MKP’s mission and values. MKP operates national websites (e.g., mankindproject.org). When you use MKP-owned sites and services, MKP’s Terms apply; they may be updated by MKP from time to time and you should review them periodically.
Privacy & Confidentiality
MKP’s Terms state that website use is also subject to MKP’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference there.
Where MKP provides password-protected areas (e.g., member portals), access is limited and confidential for MKP members; users must safeguard credentials and notify MKP of any unauthorized use.
Local addendum (Vegas Warriors): All circle activities are voluntary and confidential. What is shared in circle stays in circle, subject to safety and legal obligations.

MKP grants a limited, non-transferable right to access and use its websites and content for lawful, personal, non-commercial, informational purposes; reproduction, distribution, or derivative use outside those bounds is prohibited.

Certain areas of MKP sites require valid credentials; access without authorization is prohibited, and members must protect their usernames/passwords.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks
MKP website content is protected by copyright; unauthorized copying or transmission is prohibited. MKP marks (e.g., “ManKind Project,” “New Warrior”) are protected and require permission or proper acknowledgment for fair use.

MKP may include links as a courtesy and does not control or endorse linked sites; use them at your own risk.
Prohibited Conduct (Online)
Among other things, users may not post unlawful or infringing content, transmit malware, interfere with site operations, or misuse databases for unsolicited promotions.

When donating or paying via MKP websites, you must provide accurate information, be 18+, and authorize MKP or its vendors to process card payments; you are responsible for charges you incur.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
For MKP websites, disputes are to be resolved first by good-faith efforts, then mediation in Los Angeles, CA; MKP’s Terms state California law governs.
Local addendum (Vegas Warriors): Disputes related solely to our local, non-profit chapter or this local site will be addressed in good faith within the group first. (You may wish to have counsel confirm Nevada jurisdiction/venue language for your final posted version.)
Online payments & Donations Local addendum (Vegas Warriors):
Membership fee: We suggest a voluntary membership contribution that deposits into a joint chapter account to cover chapter fees and shared costs.
Donations: We don’t solicit profit transactions; we will accept voluntary donations/contributions from members to support the chapter.
No contracts: There are no payment contracts for membership; participation is at-will.
Meeting Participation (Local)
Format: As a local chapter we have latitude to conduct meetings in the format that best serves our men, while honoring MKP’s overarching guidelines.
Voluntary & confidential: Attendance and activities are optional; confidentiality is a core agreement in our circle.
Non-commercial: Our meetings and programs are peer-facilitated community offerings, not therapy or commercial services.
